Ceol Mor Scottish Country Dancers
We are members of the Saskatchewan Branch of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society.
We welcome all dancers
(and anyone who wishes to dance)
No partner required
When and Where
We meet Wednesday evenings from the 1st Wednesday after Labour Day until early May at the Royal Canadian Legion, 1820 Cornwall St. (Click here for a map showing the location of the Legion.)
Everyone is welcome to join or come to watch.
Dance instruction is offered from September through April in basic technique, steps, and traditional Scottish jigs, reels and strathspeys.
Beginners (and anyone else who wants help with footwork, technique and formations) meet from 6:45 to 7:30 p.m.
We encourage the beginners to stay for the full evening.
Social dancers meet from 7:30 to 9 p.m.
Quality Instruction
In the Ceol Mor group, we are fortunate to have a full-certificate teacher, Linda Putz, who volunteers to provide quality instruction.
